Nano-8000 is a high-throughput full wavelength micro-spectrophotometer that can provide UV/Vis absorbance detection for up to 8 samples in one run. It is suitable for enterprises and research institutions that need to measure a large number of nucleic acid or protein samples. Nano-8000 follows the design concept of Allsheng Nano series products, and also has OD600 and single-tube fluorescence detection functions.
The instrument is standard equipped with a 10-inch high-resolution touch screen, which can detect 8 samples simultaneously in about 20 s without the need to connect a computer, allowing for quick viewing of test results. It also can be optional to comply with US FDA 21 CFR software to achieve audit traceability of data results.
Nano-8000 can quickly quantify DNA, RNA and protein with only 1-2 µL of sample and automatically provide ratio determination and contaminant indication. It is equipped with a cuvette mode for detecting microbial concentration. In addition, the instrument has a built-in fluorescence detection mode, paired with fluorescence quantitative cartridges, which can accurately quantify the concentration of DNA, RNA and protein through the specific binding of fluorescent dyes to the target substances, with a minimum limit of 0.1 pg/µL (dsDNA).
